| Doug Bond, President, Company Founder and Board Member

Doug Bond received a BS degree in Technical Communications from the University of Minnesota, an MA degree in International
Communications and a Ph.D. degree in Political Science at the University of Hawaii. Upon completion of his Ph.D. in 1985, he
was a research fellow and held an assistant professorship at Kyungnam University in South Korea for three years. He moved to
Harvard University’s Center for International Affairs in 1988, where he has since led the development of the PANDA protocol
used with news reports to identify, track and analyze the evolution of political conflict. Since 1994 Dr. Bond has taught
courses at the Harvard University Division of Continuing Education, where he has an appointment as Lecturer in Extension.
Dr. Bond is employed by VRA while maintaining his research staff and teaching appointments at Harvard.

Joe
Bond is a political scientist who earned his BS
and MA degrees
from
Arizona State University. Dr. Bond’s dissertation, completed in 1994 at Purdue University, used an automated event data system to supplement
his analysis of political leaders’ “operational codes.” A key member of the PANDA protocol development team during pre- and
post-doctoral research fellowships at Harvard University, he is working on the refinement of the Integrated Data for
Events Analysis (IDEA) protocol. His research interests include automated data development, social science methodology, and political psychology. Dr.
Bond was previously a faculty member at the American University in Bulgaria. He has also taught at Purdue
University in Indiana, the Universiteti i Prishtinës in Kosovo and Salve Regina University in Rhode Island. He currently teaches government courses at Harvard
University's Extension School.
| Dave Graves, Board Member

Dave Graves is President of Digital Channel Consulting, which he started in early 2002 to help companies craft and execute
business strategies that take advantage of new technologies and the Internet. Prior to that, Graves was Senior Vice President
of Media, Finance and Travel for Yahoo!, overseeing the majority of Yahoo! media properties including News, Sports, Finance,
Health, Education, Yahooligans and Travel. Graves joined Yahoo after six years at Reuters Media, where he served in a dual role as
President, Americas and President, Global Sales and Marketing. There he was responsible for all media: print, TV and online
products globally. At Reuters he played a central role in developing Reuters NewMedia into the leading supplier of news to the
Internet in over fifteen languages from Online Desks around the world. Graves is a graduate of Dartmouth College and lives in the
Boston area.
| Jin-Tae Kim, Board Member

Jin Tae Kim serves as President of Luxrich Textile, Inc, a company based in Los Angeles that he founded in 1996. Luxrich
specializes in international trade of textile goods and apparels, with a specialty in high-end silks. Prior to founding
the company, Mr. Kim worked with his family’s business in the same industry in New York City. Mr. Kim earned a B.S. degree in
political science from Bowling Green University in 1988 and worked as a research assistant at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea.
| Churl Oh, Vice President, Software Development

Churl Oh received a BS degree in Chemistry from Seoul National University in South Korea. He then moved to the United States to
continue his study in chemistry, and received an MA and Ph.D. in Chemistry at Boston University. He gained significant interest
and proficiency in computer programming during his post-graduate work at Boston University, and worked for several software
companies in diverse areas of software development before joining VRA. Dr. Oh now heads a group of programmers currently refining the
VRA
® Knowledge Manager software, and is developing a suite of programs designed to draw, model and manage chemical structure
data, and to integrate these applications into the World Wide Web environment.
| James Stice, Board Member

James Stice is currently involved
in healthcare business and product development projects. He was Founder
and former President of FlexMedics, a medical devices company with 85
employees, from 1985 to 1995. Prior to 1985, he had several different
business and product development positions with established and start up
companies. He has served as Chairman and Member of Executive Board of
Medical Alley, a healthcare trade organization with 200 members. Stice
earned a BS degree in engineering from the Illinois Institute of
Technology and an MS in metallurgy from the University of Illinois. He
also has been awarded three patents.
Andreas Widmer is the Chief Executive Officer of VRA. He is also the founder and co-director of the SEVEN Fund (Social Equity Venture Fund), a philanthropic foundation which sponsors and promotes research in enterprise based solutions to poverty. Prior to SEVEN, he was an executive in residence at Highland Capital Partners, a leading venture capital firm. He is a business executive that has held key leadership roles in international strategy consulting and high technology software firms including OTF Group Inc, Eprise Corp, Dragon Systems and FTP Software Inc. He has worked extensively in the US, Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America and has brought over 100 leading-edge technology products to market. During his 17 year career, he has furthered the buildup of four startup companies with cumulative exits valued at over $730 million. Andreas’ current projects include advising several medical device and high technology startup companies on their strategy, venture capital and angel fund-raising efforts.
